All transport takes place under CMR, AVC conditions. Goods and vehicles transported must be sufficiently insured. Vehicle and driver must meet legal requirements and have the correct permits. Never leave the vehicle unattended. In the case of valuables, only park your car on guarded and / or enclosed grounds with an alarm. Car must be equipped with BV-3 alarm. Outsourcing to third parties is not permitted.
Deviations, damage and / or delays must be reported immediately to the planning. If this is not reported, we cannot reimburse any costs incurred. 2 hours of loading and unloading applies for all transports. We cannot process your invoice without original signed waybills, delivery notes, pallet receipts. If no pallets are exchanged, we cannot pay your invoice.
If your invoice has been received correctly, our payment term is 45 days after receipt of the invoice.

Depending on the nature of the work, all our activities are subject to: The General Transport Conditions 2002 (AVC), filed at the registry of the District Courts in Amsterdam and Rotterdam.
On international transport: the convention on the contract for the international carriage of goods by road (CMR), and in addition to the aforementioned AVC.

With regard to the aforementioned conditions, the most recently filed version always applies. The conditions will be sent free of charge on request.
